Truth Proof Report 213 - Paul himself films underwater lights in east Yorkshire

He writes..

These lights were filmed using a Syonix pro low light camera. (see below) They were filmed from Bempton Cliffs at 11.55 pm approx. on the 15th of August 2023.

Whatever was below the surface moved out a considerable distance in the time that we observed it. I managed to obtain over 4 minutes of film.
