Hi Paul,
Hello. My name is Stuart and I reside in Gloucester.
My story goes right back to late summer in 1989. A friend and I were on holiday in Brixham Devon. One night, which if memory serves me correctly was a Thursday in August, we were walking back to a remote place we were camping called Mann sands.
To get there we had to walk down a gravel track for a mile to get to our tent. This track had very steep 8 foot embankments on either side on top of which were reasonably high barbed wire fences. It was getting pretty dark and losing vision.
About half way down this road we became aware of the sound of what sounded like heavy hooves to the left of us.
All of a sudden something came crashing down on the gravel track very heavily. We instantly stopped. We could just about see the dark outline of it. It was about ten feet away. it stood about four and a half feet tall with huge eyes.
There was a brief stand off.I picked up a bit of gravel and threw at it, curious to see if it would move out of our path. It emitted an earthly guttural sound and started walking towards us.
Having seen enough we ran back up the track and took a three mile detour back to our tent. It didn't follow.
My friend was so scared he hardly spoke for days. To this day I'm not sure what it was. A big cat? Some sort of cryptid? Who knows?
Just one more thing, all of this took place a mile a mile away from the cliffs and the sea. Unfortunately I'm no longer in touch with my friend as he's moved to Bristol. I hope this is of some interest to you. If you need any more information please get in touch.

Paul: And much as I said on our previous report. Yet one more strange creature..... Thanks for sending it in Stuart.
